Wash before use
To cure smell, use a stout or any heavy/strong beer and pouring that into your horn to let it sit for 12-24 hours. Additionally, throughout the soaking process, you should check the horn periodically (every four hours), and fill the horn again if there is any absorption into the horn. After that, you can then rinse the horn out, and the horn should be cured.
