How long does it take to get my order?
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) within 1–3 business days. After processing, delivery times are:

  • Free Expedited Shipping: 4–7 business days

  • Express Shipping Upgrade ($14.99): 1–2 business days

Note: Express shipping speeds up delivery after processing. It does not skip our 1–2 business day processing time.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. Note: It may take up to 24 hours for tracking to appear in the carrier’s system.

What if I order multiple items?
Since we ship from multiple locations, your items may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
