• Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

• During periods of high demand, processing times may extend beyond 3 business days.

Processing time refers to order preparation and does not include transit time.

Fulfillment & Shipping Locations

Chicagoutlet operates from Saint Charles, Illinois, where we manage customer service and logistics coordination.
To ensure product availability and timely delivery, orders may be fulfilled from multiple U.S. and international fulfillment centers, including trusted third-party logistics partners and suppliers.

As a result:

• Orders may ship from different locations

• Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages

• Shipping times may vary by product

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free Standard Shipping

• Free shipping is included on eligible U.S. orders

• Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days after processing

• Transit time does not include processing time

Express Shipping (Optional Upgrade)

• Express shipping is available at checkout for select items

• Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days after processing

• Express shipping accelerates transit only and does not shorten processing time

USPS Postage Stamps

USPS postage stamp booklets are shipped via standard USPS envelope mail without tracking in order to keep shipping free.
Delivery times for stamp orders may vary.

Nope! What you see is what you pay—item cost + any applicable sales tax, and that’s it.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from our main facility in Saint Charles, IL.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders. Express upgrades are available.

How do packages ship?
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other trusted carriers—depending on the item and supplier.

How long does it take to get my order?
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) within 1–3 business days. After processing, delivery times are:

• Free Expedited Shipping: 4–7 business days

• Express Shipping Upgrade ($14.99): 1–2 business days

Note: Express shipping speeds up delivery after processing. It does not skip our 1–2 business day processing time.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. Note: It may take up to 24 hours for tracking to appear in the carrier’s system.

What if I order multiple items?
Since we ship from multiple locations, your items may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the contiguous U.S. only. International shipping is available on select items (see below).

International Shipping

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship to many countries. Customs fees, taxes, and import duties are the buyer's responsibility.

• UPS: 7–14 Days

Will I receive tracking info for international orders?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

How long do I have to return something?
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return.
Items must be in their original condition.

What does “Open Box” mean?
These items are in perfect working condition but may have damaged or missing packaging. All accessories are included.
